Google launched a one-day (15 April) public sale for anyone to purchase Google glass in US. It isn’t yet commercially available, limited only to developers and not ready to ship for other countries. The official release of Google glass is expected to be this year.
What can Google glass do! Moving your head back the device will turn on, with the sound of your voice you can take hands-free
photos, upload on Facebook and twitter and add a caption all using voice commands. By simply winking your eyes you can take
photos and record videos. You can even take directions that turn as you turn your head! Google glass can connect to any Bluetooth
phone with a personal hotspot enabled or through Wifi.
The Google glass includes new accessories, shades and 5 different colors.
New apps are being developed that weren’t available before, and it is compatible with Iphone with the launch of iOS MyGlass app.
